One month of diet, exercise, life changing new habits to make those new years resolutions stick. I will put up information on diet and nutrition, as well as some easy diets to follow and some workouts that you can modify to suite your own level. Making changes can be so difficult sometimes. Our brain's work against us sometimes because it's the job of the mind to protect us, and so it attempts to keep us comfortable, and stay in that comfortable place. That's how we end up putting on all that extra weight, or develop the habit of drinking a pot of coffee before 8am, or whatever it is. Got to break those habits, and it starts by first taking an honest look at yourself and deciding where to start. Before you start you should have a definite plan of where you are going, how you plan to get there and what you're going to do if you slip up along the way. More than anything, you have to have it set in your mind as an absolute fact that no matter what happens, you are not going to quit. If you can adopt this mentality, things will go much better for you. So, start small, be consistent, improve daily.
